Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support Microsoft Infrastructure including Azure and VMs.
  • Oversee Endpoint Management tools and security baselines.
  • Develop PowerShell scripts for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth Backup and Disaster Recovery processes.
  • Engage in technical projects and monthly client meetings.
  • Handle service desk tickets and contribute to knowledge base.
