At TP Tutors, we believe that every learner deserves to feel confident and supported in their education. We’re looking for patient and dedicated SEN Mentors in Sale (M33) to work 1:1 with pupils who need extra help re‑engaging with learning.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that progress is about more than grades — it’s about connection, consistency, and confidence. You’ll work with children and young people with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, anxiety, and social, emotional, or behavioural challenges.

Your sessions will take place face‑to‑face, either in the pupil’s home or in a local community setting such as a library. You’ll focus on both personal growth and academic development, helping learners build the skills they need to move forward positively.

You’ll have experience supporting pupils with additional needs — perhaps as a teacher, SEN TA, youth worker, or tutor. You’ll be confident adapting to individual needs, creating engaging activities, and fostering a calm, encouraging learning space. A current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) is required.

• Pay between £25–£30 per hour
