Location: Greenwich
Salary: Inner London MPS + SEN 1 Allowance
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Long-term supply with strong potential to become permanent

An Outstanding rated mainstream primary school in Greenwich is seeking an ARP Teacher to join its well-established Additional Resource Provision (ARP), supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and moderate to complex learning needs. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons based on individual needs and EHCPs
  • Promote pupil independence, communication, and emotional regulation
  • Use a range of strategies and ICT to support access and progress
  • Set and review personalised learning targets in partnership with the SENDCo and external professionals
  • Contribute to EHCP reviews and assessments as needed
  • Create and maintain a safe, inclusive environment using positive behaviour strategies and adhering to safeguarding protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with staff, families, and professionals, and actively participate in school-wide activities.
  • Contribute to staff meetings, INSET days, and whole-school events
