SEMH Teacher – Crawley
Temp to Perm | MPS/UPS Pay Scale

Are you a passionate, resilient and student-focused teacher looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking an experienced SEMH Teacher to join a specialist provision in the Crawley area, supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

This nurturing and forward-thinking setting provides personalised learning, small class sizes and a therapeutic approach to education. Staff work collaboratively with therapists and behaviour specialists to create a safe, structured and emotionally supportive environment where pupils can re-engage with learning and build confidence.

The Role:
  • Deliver creative and differentiated lessons to pupils with SEMH needs

  • Build strong, trusting relationships that support emotional regulation and positive behaviour

  • Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to implement EHCP targets

  • Maintain high expectations while adapting your approach to individual learners
