Job Title: SEMH Learning Support Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs? We’re looking for a dedicated SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join a school in Halstead, where every student is encouraged to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and group support for pupils with SEMH needs

  • Assist teachers to keep lessons engaging and inclusive
  • Work with SEN and pastoral teams to deliver personalised support plans
