Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Security Manager to champion & provide a high quality customer service & safety culture for all staff, site visitors & customers. The safety and welfare of our employees and visitors are paramount, so you will be delivering operational plans and priorities through your team of a Security Supervisor and 14 Security Guards, to ensure all Games workshop sites are secure, safe, and maintained to a high standard.

You will be someone who thrives in a busy environment, as you will ensure the smooth running of six buildings over the Lenton HQ campus and EMG facility sites, reacting swiftly to any changes and upgrades to sites to support operational needs.

You will ensure that your team is fully trained and maintains high levels of service, delivering an outstanding security service to all of our staff, and visitors, ensuring that all sites are safe and monitored at all times.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.

Responsibilities

• Lead a security team (Security Supervisor and 14 Security Guards) to deliver high quality service and maintain safety across six buildings on the Lenton HQ campus and EMG facility sites.
• Develop and implement operational plans and priorities to ensure secure, safe, and well-maintained sites.
• Ensure all sites are monitored at all times and that staff and visitors are reassured with a friendly and personable approach.
• Coordinate with teams to respond swiftly to changes and upgrades to sites to support operational needs.
• Manage training and development for the security team to maintain high levels of service.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong commitment to safety and security with a customer-focused, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment and manage multiple sites effectively.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Lenton HQ campus and East Midlands Gateway site; flexibility in working patterns, with general office hours (8:00–16:30) and occasional evening shifts.
• Nottingham-based with regular travel to the East Midlands Gateway site.
