• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing detailed reports on incidents and observations.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage to property.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities observed during shifts.
• Provide first aid assistance as required in emergency situations until professional medical help arrives.
