Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant specializing in Security and compliance to support our SAP security function as we enhance security governance of our finance platform and deliver severe critical projects adding new companies, users and functionality to the platform.

Key Projects & Responsibilities

• Deliver a new role model to rationalise user permissions, align roles across subsidiaries, support segregation of duties and separate users between the different companies.
• Onboard additional group subsidiaries onto the SAP platform.
• Merge two separate SAP instances into a single common instance.
• Onboard SAP to SailPoint for improved identity and access management.
• Automate user access requests, provisioning, joiners, movers, leavers processes, privileged access management and control over generic or service accounts.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and program governance for key projects.
• Provide secure governance expert input to change programmes.
• Deliver regular reporting, dashboards, and real‑time visibility of governance on key processes.
• Support SAP product team with policies, standards and guidance.
• Conduct security investigations and compliance assessments.
• Support pre‑audit assessments to ensure audit readiness.

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience with SAP (especially GRC, security & audit).
• Strong understanding of SAP security concepts: roles, profiles, authorizations, Segregation of Duty.
• Experience in oversight of compliance, governance, and security assurance in SAP environments.
• Ability to respond to and support audits in SAP environments.
• Proven stakeholder and client‑facing communication skills.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, detail oriented.
• Supports remote working, ability to manage across subsidiaries and groups.
