A large healthcare organization in Glasgow is seeking an experienced individual to join the Senior Administration Team. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of 40 staff across multiple sites, ensuring effective resource deployment and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will have equivalent business administration experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex administration tasks. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitable qualified applicant with drive and enthusiasm to join the Glasgow HSCP Senior Administration Team. The post holder will be responsible for providing leadership and line management to a team of 40 staff based across five sites. They will effectively plan and deploy resources across multiple sites within South Locality supporting a range of services including primary care mental health, psychotherapy, and community mental health services.
Sites include: Brand Street, Rossdale Centre, Florence Street (two separate buildings), Stewart Centre & Leverndale.
