Senior Administration Team Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitable qualified applicant with drive and enthusiasm to join the Glasgow HSCP Senior Administration Team. The post holder will be responsible for providing leadership and line management to a team of 40 staff based across five sites. They will effectively plan and deploy resources across multiple sites within South Locality supporting a range of services including primary care mental health, psychotherapy, and community mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and line manage a team of 40 staff across five sites.
  • Plan and deploy resources across multiple sites within South Locality.
  • Make critical daily decisions regarding operational systems, staffing issues, and referral management to achieve organisational objectives and SG targets.

Sites include: Brand Street, Rossdale Centre, Florence Street (two separate buildings), Stewart Centre & Leverndale.

Qualifications
  • Equivalent experience in Business Administration.
  • Previous experience and ability to demonstrate effective supervision of administrative and clerical staff directly involved in patient administration.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, organisational, communication, and planning skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise concurrent demands.
