  • Scan, file, and manage documents in both physical and electronic systems.
  • Handle general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to queries, and take clear and accurate messages.
  • Log and maintain records of staff holiday and sick leave.
  • Provide support to colleagues and management as required.

  • Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
