Job description

Are you an inspiring Teacher of Science looking to make a real impact? We are seeking a passionate and committed Teacher to join a secondary school in Bristol (BS10), where you’ll play a key role in nurturing curiosity and a love for science among students.

* Start September 2025
* Salary: M1 - M6 / U1 - U3 , depending on experience
* Mainstream secondary school
* North Bristol - Lawrence Weston area

As a Secondary science teacher, you will:

* Deliver engaging lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, with the support of a full-time technician.
* Teach students across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to specialize at KS5, adapting lessons to meet varied learning styles and abilities.
* Inspire critical thinking and scientific curiosity, ensuring students gain a strong foundation in core scientific principles.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop an exciting science curriculum that meets educational standards and supports academic achievement.
* Contribute to extracurricular science activities, fostering a positive, inclusive school culture in
* If you are an Early Career Teacher, you will be supported by your individual subject Mentor and the wider ECT team

Ideal Candidate:
