Overview

Our Cover Supervisors play a vital role in schools, whether on a day to day, long-term or permanent basis. The role of a Cover Supervisor does not include planning and preparation; strong communication and classroom management skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching staff by covering classes across secondary schools.
• Work with students aged 11 to 16+ and manage behaviour to keep students engaged.
• Be flexible to work throughout the school within different departments and with different age ranges daily.

Qualifications

• CACHE Level 2/3 or 6 months of relevant experience.
• Confidence in managing a class and maintaining a positive learning environment.
