The role

  • You will provide first-in-class IT services and expertise to an exciting array of clients
  • Troubleshoot various IT issues across applications and infrastructure at a 2nd line level
  • Ensure your clients are protected and trained in terms of cyber security
  • Continually improve your knowledge of IT

Needed to succeed

  • A tenacious /proven troubleshooting ability at a second-line level
  • A determined approach to your work and the skills to resolve a range of IT issues
  • A valid driver's licence
