Position Overview

The Seasonal Workshop Technician will complete a variety of technical tasks including Finishing, Machine Engraving and Quality Assurance based on production needs in our service centre in Dartford. The Workshop Technician contributes to production excellence and service levels through focus and attention to detail, operational excellence and the use of workshop equipment.

The Tiffany & Co. Workshop Technician will be accountable for the following Key Accountabilities:

What You Will Do
  • Support order flow and organise workshop orders, ensuring they’re sent to the relevant department.
  • Perform final finish and cleaning tasks on various materials, identifying and addressing any defects.
  • Operate machine engraving equipment to customise products.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet our standards.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment.

  • Contribute to a level of quality that clients value and production that distinguishes Tiffany & Co. from the competition. Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
  • Adhere to standards as an integral part of various workshop servicing tasks to support efficient completion of orders.
