The Scottish March of the Day (SMOTD) is no ordinary walk. It’s a powerful fundraising event bringing together football, community spirit, and a shared mission to raise money for two incredible charities: the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation and the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation.
As a club Stenhousemuir is proud to support the event and be one of the stop locations. On Saturday 11th October walkers will walk from Falkirk to Stenhousemuir, aiming to arrive at Ochilview Park at approx 20:05 and departing about 10-15 mins later.
Over the course of one weekend (10-12 October), participants will journey across Scotland, passing by 22 football stadiums between Glasgow and Edinburgh. The event not only pays tribute to the nation’s footballing heritage but also unites people in support of those affected by Motor Neurone Disease (MND).
