Science Technician - Stockton-on-Tees

Full‑time – Start ASAP, until Easter with potential to extend.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Science Technician to join a friendly secondary school in Stockton‑on‑Tees on a full‑time supply basis, starting as soon as possible. The role is expected to continue until the Easter break, with the possibility of extension.

As part of the school's science team, you will support the delivery of engaging practical lessons by preparing and maintaining equipment, organising materials, and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed. You'll work closely with teaching staff to help create a stimulating and well‑resourced environment for students.

Qualifications
  • Experience working as a Science Technician or in a laboratory setting.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A strong understanding of health and safety in a science environment.
  • A proactive, reliable, and team‑focused approach.
