Science Technician - Full Time (5 Days per Week)
Location: Secondary Schools across Lewisham

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Science Technician to join a group of inclusive and supportive secondary schools in Lewisham. This is a full-time role, five days per week, offering stability, variety, and excellent opportunities for professional growth.

The Role

As a Science Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality science education. Working across well-resourced science departments, you will help ensure lessons run smoothly, safely, and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing, setting up, and clearing away equipment and materials for science lessons
  • Supporting practical work across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
  • Maintaining laboratory equipment and stock, including ordering and storage
  • Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Supporting teaching staff and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the department
