This role involves delivering interventions for students with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs. Ideal candidates will have a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling and experience with young people facing emotional distress. The position is full-time, term-time only, offering a supportive work environment and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Recognised professional registration with BACP, UKCP, or similar is desirable.
• Experience working with individuals with autism, ADHD, and trauma.
• Ability to influence and support colleagues effectively.

• Deliver direct interventions for emotional regulation and resilience.
