  • Working Hours: 8:30am to 2:30pm, 3 days a week (flexible)

REED/LTA are looking to recruita School Office Administrator to join a primary school in Preston. This temporary role is ideal for someone with school-based experience and knowledge of SIMS. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage the front desk of the school, greeting and assisting students, parents, and visitors.
  • Handle telephone and email inquiries, ensuring clear and prompt communication.
  • Maintain accurate records using the SIMS database system.
  • Assist in the management of student records and data.
  • Support the coordination of school events and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence and documentation as required.
  • Provide administrative support to teachers and staff.
