Responsibilities

• Oversee key business functions including finance, HR, health and safety, and premises management.
• Maintain and manage the Single Central Record and ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures.
• Lead on budget planning, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
• Line manage administrative and support staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Contribute to whole-school planning and decision-making as part of the SLT.
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school, supporting leadership and staff across departments.
