You will take ownership of client accounts, managing briefs, budgets, expectations, and communication while working closely with our scenic, and technical, teams to deliver high quality build solutions. Combining strong production knowledge with a proactive, people focused approach, you will ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident at every stage of the project, while projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong, long term client relationships through proactive and professional service
  • Manage the delivery of scenic fabrication projects for events, exhibitions, and creative installations
  • Act as a main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication before, during, and after projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to plan and deliver builds efficiently
  • Provide technical and creative advice on materials, finishes, and construction methods
  • Support project costing, budgeting, and supplier management
  • Produce and review CAD drawings and construction information as required
  • Ensure Health and Safety documentation and risk assessments are completed for each project
  • Experience in scenic production and account management
  • Good technical knowledge of scenic builds, materials, and fabrication processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets at the same time
  • Confident client facing skills and clear communication style
  • Experience working with CAD drawings
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Commercially aware and solution focused
  • Good understanding of Health and Safety within live event environments
Working Hours

The role is based on a 37.5 hour work week. Due to the nature of event support, flexibility is essential with potential early starts, late finishes, and support on some weekends.

Employee benefits:
  • Extremely Competitive salary (based on experience)
  • Company pension scheme
  • Company bonus scheme
  • Training & progression opportunities.
