Job Type : Permanent

Location : Cramlington

Hours : Sunday 10am to 6pm, Monday 2pm to 10pm, Tuesday to Thursday 12pm to 8pm

Job Description

• To be the first point of contact for samples arriving at the laboratory
• Responsible for sample receipt and sample labelling
• Ensuring customer samples are received in full and without any issues
• Label samples and liaise directly with customers to ensure they have everything they need for testing to commence.

Qualifications

• Working within the food industry
• Dealing with customers via different communication platforms
• Working with a LIMS is advantageous
• High levels of attention to detail
• Ability to use computers
• Ability to multi task
