To be considered for Sales Support Travel Co-ordinator role, the applicant MUST be from a UK based tour operator with strong attention to detail & communication skills along with a high level of computer literacy – especially word and excel.

Sales Support Travel Co-ordinator – Duties
  • Providing an efficient, detailed oriented and customer focused after sales service.
  • Administration of bookings, ensuring information is correct with all suppliers, and for invoicing and documentation.
  • Preparing and sending out high quality client travel documentation.
  • Responding to pre travel customer queries about their holidays.
  • Creating client invoices.
  • Client payments; ensuring our customers make their holiday balance payments accurately and on time.
  • Creating online honeymoon gift lists.
  • Assisting product & marketing teams as required according to business demands.
