Sales Support Admin
Location: London, W12 FA
Length: 6 months
Start date: 01/10/2025 – 03.04.2025
Rate: £20 Per hour (Inside IR35)
Hours: 35 hours per week (Hybrid 1-3 days per week in the office)
Interview: 45 min interview with standard competency based questions.
Overview
- Provide full administrative support to the OOH team, including managing incoming customer reports, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with the billing team for invoicing.
- Manage client and contract data across Salesforce (GNC), Excel, and SAP.
- Oversee affiliate reporting, invoicing instructions, and debt collection.
- Support client onboarding (KYC, security forms, approvals, account setup) and handle system-related tasks/issues in Salesforce and SAP.
- Manage billing updates and client account changes.
- Coordinate distribution and activation of smart cards for licensed distributors and hotels.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, market insights, and competitor analysis to support sales activity.
- Collaborate with Marketing to provide clients with newsletters, brochures, and campaign materials.
- Work with the Sales Delivery team to ensure clients have the right system access and tools.
Candidate Profile
The ability to thrive under pressure, maintain high attention to detail, and adapt quickly to new systems is essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and perform under pressure.
- Experience with complex administrative processes and systems (Salesforce, Excel; SAP or RightsLine a plus).
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills as you’ll be collaborating with internal teams and external clients on a regular basis.
- A proactive approach, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving.
- An interest in media, content, and the entertainment industry.
