Overview

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Sales Person/Agent to source and engage both clients and Care Workers for our growing organisation. If you are confident and enjoy engaging with people of all ages, this could be your ideal job.

As alluded to, we focus on providing local home carers to our Clients, who vary in age. The primary role of the successful candidate will be to source new Clients, ascertain their personal requirements and then, to source carers within the local area.

The Carers will require assistance in formulating a Carer/Client contract based on the personal requirements.

Regular calls will be expected of the Recruiter to ensure that the carers schedule is being fulfilled and to mitigate against any resource constraints or to address questions or observations that the Client may have. Regular reporting to the Clematis Home Care team regarding the progress and projections is necessary.

This assignment is fully remote but there is an expectation that, on very rare occasions, you will be asked to engage with the Client and Carer directly. This would only be asked should video conference calls or normal calls not be mutually satisfactory.

As this is a contract assignment, we are very flexible with regard to your work availability. However, we must be considerate to the carers who could potentially be on shift work and/or the availability of the Clients.

As referenced, the Expected Commission is based on the introduction of the Clients and Carers. The commission payment is continuous. This means that if 40 clients were introduced in the first year and an additional 40 were introduced in the second year, your expected Commission would double. There is no limit to the number of clients that you can introduce. Have you already determined your potential income based on 100 new clients per year?

Responsibilities
  • Source new Clients and ascertain their personal requirements; subsequently source carers within the local area.
  • Assist Carers in formulating Carer/Client contracts based on personal requirements.
  • Make regular calls to ensure Carer schedules are fulfilled and to address client questions or observations.
  • Provide regular reporting to the Clematis Home Care team regarding progress and projections.
  • Coordinate remotely with Clients and Carers; occasional direct engagement may be required.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous experience in a sales role or as a call centre operative.
  • Proficient in video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and Office.
Additional Requirements
  • An understanding of the Home Care Industry.
  • Familiarity with DBS checks and the processes involved.
  • An understanding of Contract assignments.
  • Right to work documentation.
  • References for previous care work carried out during the past year.
