About the Role

We are a dynamic and fast-growing recruitment agency seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to lead our commercial growth and operational delivery. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership, sales development, and operational oversight, ensuring that both business expansion and service delivery are aligned to achieve ambitious growth objectives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue, managing teams, and ensuring operational excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement integrated sales and operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive growth and profitability by identifying, securing, and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute long-term strategic direction.
  • Monitor KPIs across both sales and operations, ensuring effective performance management.
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities to fuel agency growth.
  • Prospect, network, and pitch services to targeted sectors and industries.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and create tailored market-entry strategies.
Operations & Service Delivery
  • Ensure smooth and efficient running of the London office and international operations.
  • Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee recruitment delivery teams, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and service quality standards.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and manage both in-office and remote recruitment and sales teams.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performance culture.
  • Establish clear performance metrics for sales and operational teams.
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance team skills and performance.
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the senior point of contact for key clients and strategic partners.
