Retool is redefining how enterprises build software—AI-powered, developer-first, and enterprise-grade. As we expand into complex, global organisations, we’re seeking an accomplished sales leader to scale and elevate our Enterprise business across EMEA. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll build and coach a team of Account Executives responsible for closing multi-threaded, six- and seven-figure deals. You’ll work directly with forward-thinking technical teams, helping them adopt Retool as their application layer for AI. As the Regional Enterprise Sales Manager for EMEA, you’ll establish and lead a high-performing team of AEs, setting the standard for culture, execution, and results. You’ll hire, onboard, and coach reps who excel in technical, consultative, and multithreaded sales cycles, while driving disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution to achieve ambitious revenue goals. You’ll work cross-functionally to refine sales plays, expand into new verticals, and improve win rates, while building a repeatable hiring and coaching framework that scales the team and drives consistent success.
You’ll partner closely with our Sales leadership across Sales Engineering, Operations, and Sales Development to shape the future of enterprise sales at Retool. You’ll also collaborate with Recruiting, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support. Most importantly, you’ll be leading and developing our growing Enterprise Account Executive team in London.
