We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and drive performance within our high-energy sales team. You'll work directly with high-net-worth investors, but also take ownership of team results coaching consultants, refining processes, and setting the pace for fast, high-value deal flow. This isn't a cold-calling environment. It's a fast-growth sales floor where urgency, trust, and decisive action drive results. As Sales Manager, you'll balance personal deal-making with team leadership ensuring consultants hit targets, sharpen their negotiation skills, and consistently deliver investor success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire, and drive performance within the sales team.
  • Work directly with high-net-worth investors.
  • Take ownership of team results coaching consultants, refining processes, and setting the pace for fast, high-value deal flow.
  • Operate in a fast-growth, non cold-calling environment; foster urgency, trust, and decisive action.
  • Balance personal deal-making with team leadership; ensure consultants hit targets, sharpen negotiation skills, and deliver investor success.
  • Manage multiple deals, close fast, and create a culture of accountability and success.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales leader with leadership experience (5+ years, ideally in property or investment).
  • Thrives under pressure, motivates others, and knows how to scale results.
  • High-ticket B2B sales experience.
  • Comfort working with investors/landlords, or relevant domain.
