Overview

We\'re looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing external or hybrid sales team within a B2B environment. This role is focused on delivering sustainable revenue growth through proactive sales strategies, team development, and strong customer relationship management.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven success in managing sales teams, driving performance, and using data to inform decision-making. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching, strategic thinking, and leading by example in a fast-paced commercial setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a sales team to achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Drive sales proactivity across both new business and existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute market-led sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and ride-alongs to support team development.
  • Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar team leadership role within B2B.
  • Strong people management and coaching capabilities.
