The UK Sales Leader will own the customer relationship and account strategy, participate in developing complex solutions, establish competitive value and drive closure. Responsible for defining, creating and executing a successful Go To Market Strategy to penetrate the UK Altnet market and deliver maximum revenue potential for Calix Platforms. Leading a remote and virtual team to close new business and extend Calix position in existing accounts. Managing all stages of the sales cycle and orchestrating successful account and opportunity strategies leading to sales growth in the territory. Managing the customer relationships at all levels and leading the team in developing complex solutions, establishing competitive value, and driving closure.
