Sales Executive - Construction

£30,000 basic salary with an addition bonus of £13,000

My client is a well-known roofing contractor who is looking to grow their business further. They are looking for someone with an interest in construction or previous experience who has the natural, ability to build rapport and generate new business through speaking to potential clients.

Duties
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, representing Maguire Brothers with professionalism and credibility
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
  • Identifying and researching new business opportunities, particularly in commercial property and surveying sectors
  • Using CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to manage leads, track progress, and report on activity
  • Attending client meetings, events, and networking functions to raise the company profile
Requirements
  • A confident communicator who loves meeting people and building trust
  • Proactive, resilient, and motivated by hitting targets
  • Organised, with the ability to manage your time and prioritise effectively
