We're searching for a dedicated New Homes Sales Consultant, Sales Executive, or Sales Advisor to represent our client and become a crucial part of our team.
About the Role:
Take ownership of the development sales arena.
Manage customer inquiries through various channels.
Qualify customers, establish needs, and secure reservations.
Promote company-recommended services for a seamless customer experience.
Maximise sales of optional upgrades and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular reviews of market competition and adjust strategies accordingly.
Undertake new home inspections and ensure customer well-being.
Adhere to company procedures, standards of performance, and business unit Sales Manual.
What You Will Have:
Exceptional organisational and self-management skills.
Outstanding customer service skills with a drive to achieve sales targets.
Computer literacy is essential.
Full UK driving license and car ownership are essential.
Sales experience in the housing industry is advantageous but not essential.
Availability to work regular weekends and bank holidays.
