Sales Executive

Do you have previous experience working within Sales? Are you seeking a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established Sales team in Bury St Edmunds?

On behalf of our client based in Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for a Sales Executive to join their expanding and thriving team. The successful candidate will be confident in handling new enquiries, developing and maintaining client relationships, all while ensuring clients receive the best service possible.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, and will be based in their Bury St Edmunds office.

Main duties and responsibilities
  • Handling incoming calls, dealing with queries and capitalising on all opportunities to convert them into sales and upsell
  • Generating leads and ensuring all opportunities are followed up
  • Review customer feedback and ensure all potential improvement opportunities are followed up on
  • Generating customer quotes and completing follow ups
  • Cold calling potential customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Attend budget meetings and be able to provide valuable input on how the business can grow and achieve more sales
  • Building on current and new client relationships with customers
  • Be able to advise customers on products confidently and accurately
