Position Overview

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven New Homes Sales Executive to join a dynamic residential development team in East Scotland.

We are seeking an ambitious and highly organised individual with a proven track record in residential property sales. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, customer-focused, and results-oriented, capable of managing the full sales process while delivering an outstanding customer experience in line with the New Homes Quality Code.

Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally welcome and engage with prospective purchasers on-site
  • Qualify client needs and conduct guided tours of show homes
  • Support clients through the full sales journey, including property selections and choices
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management team
  • Accurately manage all sales administration and reporting
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with the Site Manager to facilitate smooth property handovers
  • Conduct out-of-hours viewings where necessary to accommodate client availability
  • Monitor and manage key dates including missive conclusion, entry dates, and incentive packages
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations on site
Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience in a property sales or customer service environment (new build experience highly advantageous)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including regular weekend working
  • A confident, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
