• Deliver an outstanding experience by exceeding our customer expectations throughout their journey with us.


• Deliver an excellent response to customers that are seeking to purchase their next Aston Martin, by managing enquiries through all channels including digital, phone and walk-ins with a consultative approach.


• Provide customers with an unrivalled level of customer service from qualification to handover.


• Develop and maintain your knowledge of the Aston Martin products and models through brand and group training.


• Maintain the high standards of Aston Martin and Dick Lovett group.
