Job description

The Collecting Group (TCG) isn't your average company; we're a team of culture curators who live and breathe cars and watches. We're not just disrupting the auction industry, we're redefining it. Our brands, Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting, are already leading the pack, but we're just getting started. We're expanding, and we're looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join us.

The Mission

You’ll be joining a growing, diverse team that’s currently disrupting the traditional way vehicles are auctioned. The Sales Enablement Specialist is the accelerator for our global consignment and sales teams. Your mission is to make every consignor sharper, faster, and better equipped to win listings through data, tools, training, and content.

You’ll build scalable frameworks to improve sales effectiveness across all markets (UK, EU, APAC, ME, and Watches), working side‑by‑side with Sales, Marketing, and Product. From playbooks to performance insights, you’ll ensure our teams have everything they need to deliver exceptional results and embody the A‑Player mindset that defines The Collecting Group.

This is a highly cross‑functional role at the intersection of sales performance, content, process, and culture.

The Gearbox
  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding for new consignors and sales staff.
  • Create training modules on sales playbooks, pipeline management, reserve setting, storytelling, and CRM best practice.
  • Partner with Sales Manager to identify individual and team skill gaps and design enablement plans to close them.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks for key verticals (Cars, Watches, Sealed Bids).
  • Produce and refresh high‑impact collateral: talk tracks, objection‑handling guides, competitive battlecards, one‑pagers, and decks.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to drive CRM excellence which includes and is not limited to data hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and adoption of workflows.
  • Use performance data to diagnose bottlenecks and design interventions that improve conversion, sale rate, and revenue per consignor.
  • Maintain familiarity with sales enablement platforms (Articulate360, or similar) to deliver content efficiently and track engagement.
  • Track the impact of enablement initiatives on key KPIs ‑ sale rate, pipeline health, average commission, and revenue per consignor.
  • Champion a high‑performance, A‑Player sales culture, one that values mastery, pace, and ownership.
  • Act as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Product ensuring market feedback loops inform campaigns and feature roadmaps.
  • Own communication channels for updates, wins, and best practice sharing e.g. Slack channels, newsletters, internal wiki.
The Specs (What We’ll Need From You)
  • 3–5 years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Excellence within a high‑growth or performance‑driven business.
  • Hands‑on experience building and delivering digital training curricula using Content Management Systems like Articulate360, Reach360, etc.
  • Proven success building sales playbooks and enablement content at pace.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to simplify complexity and inspire confidence.
  • Strong analytical mindset — you measure what matters and iterate quickly.
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and modern sales tooling.
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops and presenting to leadership.
  • Interest in automotive, watches, or luxury assets is highly desirable.
The Pit Stop

Parsons Green, London.

The Fuel
  • 25 days holiday (plus an additional day each year after 2 years tenure).
  • Private medical insurance for you and your family
  • Company pension contribution.
  • The opportunity to attend amazing automotive and watch events.
The Finish Line

If you're passionate about cars and culture, and you have the ambition to support buyers and sellers across the world then we want you in the driver's seat. Buckle up and join us on this exhilarating ride.
