A global education technology leader is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to design and implement effective onboarding and continuous learning programs for sales teams. The role focuses on developing frameworks, creating scalable programs, and ensuring that sellers are equipped with the necessary tools for success in both UK and international markets. Our newly formed Sales Enablement team have a fantastic new role to work with our sales teams both within the UK and for our international markets.
Here you’ll be responsible for the design, delivery and continuous improvement of the end-to-end enablement lifecycle for sales teams. This will cover onboarding, product mastery and ongoing sales skills development so that SDRs, Consultants, and Account Managers ramp quickly, achieve proficiency, and sustain high performance.
This role ensures sellers are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed in the UK schools markets (state, MATs, LA, Independent) and International School teams (Groups and single schools). Through structured learning programmes, certifications, and coaching, the role drives measurable improvements in seller capability, adoption of best practices and revenue impact.
