Sales Development Representative (SDR) Serve First CX
Location: Milton Keynes / Hybrid
Salary: Competitive + uncapped commission + benefits

Serve First CX is a fast-growing customer experience (CX) provider, backed by £4.6M in growth funding. We partner with some of the UK's best-known brands across retail, hospitality, leisure, facilities management, and healthcare helping them deliver operational excellence, retain customers, and grow revenue.

With a strong pipeline and fresh funding, we’re scaling quickly and were looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to accelerate their career in B2B sales.

This role will focus on our soon-to-be-launched Client Connect - a digital business reviews platform for enterprise B2B companies. We help clients reduce churn and unlock growth opportunities by transforming quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and ongoing feedback into actionable insights.

This isn't high-volume, generic telesales. You’ll be speaking with senior operators across enterprise and multi-site businesses about real commercial challenges.

What you’ll be doing
  • Prospecting and engaging with senior decision-makers (Operations Directors, CX Leaders, HR Directors, Marketing Managers) across multiple industries.
  • Running multi-touch outreach campaigns (calls, LinkedIn, email, voicemail) to create meaningful conversations.
  • Qualifying leads against our ideal customer profile (ICP) and booking discovery calls for Account Executives.
  • Using HubSpot to track activity, manage pipelines, and refine outbound sequences.
  • Being the first point of contact for prospects creating curiosity and excitement about our solutions.

What we’re looking for
  • A self-starter hungry to build a sales career.
  • Confident, articulate communicator with a consultative approach.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable with high outbound activity (30 to 50 quality calls a day).
  • Curious about business problems, you lead with the prospects pain points, not the product.
  • Previous SDR, telesales, or customer-facing experience is ideal, but we’re open to graduates or career changers with the right mindset.
What success looks like
  • Booking 8+ qualified discovery calls per month.
  • Maintaining consistent activity levels across calls, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Building relationships with our Dream 500 target accounts.
  • Contributing directly to Serve First CX's growth as we scale into new sectors.
