We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help power Webflow’s next chapter of growth. As one of the first hires in our new London office, you’ll play a pivotal role in building our presence from the ground up, shaping team culture, driving outbound sales opportunities, and directly contributing to our broader revenue goals.

About the role
  • Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
  • Travel up to 15% - primarily for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites

  • Note: compensation ranges are location-dependent and may change based on geographic area

For sales roles, the ranges provided are On Target Earnings (OTE) which include both base salary and commissions. Benefits/additional compensation may include equity, bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Development

As a Sales Development Representative you’ll …

  • Work directly with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within Webflow’s key prospect accounts
  • Lead outbound prospecting through channels such as email, phone, and social media (comfortable with phone/Zoom calls)
  • Qualify outbound leads, maintain active engagement, identify opportunities, and engage potential clients
  • Receive coaching on calls, written communication, and prospecting strategy
  • Establish rapport with all levels of buyers including senior executives
  • Log activities and keep CRM data up to date in Salesforce
  • Refine messaging and sales prospecting techniques
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing & Ops to iterate lead generation campaigns
  • Become a Webflow product expert and convey our value proposition
  • Travel up to 15% - primarily for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites

About you

You’ll thrive as a Sales Development Representative if you:

  • Have 1+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas and high-volume lead generation
  • Have demonstrated success in outbound pipeline development
  • Are comfortable learning CRM and Sales engagement platforms
  • Are high-energy with a positive, can-do attitude over phone/video calls
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can simplify complex concepts
  • Are passionate about Webflow’s mission and the no-code movement
  • Are a team player who can work cross-functionally and deliver results
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and contribute to scaling best practices
  • Stay curious and open to growth, including fluency in emerging technologies like AI
