  • Execute personalised outreach to key decision-makers in HR, marketing, product, and tech roles
  • Book high-quality meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Maintain CRM data (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) with detailed activity tracking
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for lead generation and meetings booked
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and cold outreach
