Overview

We're looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Motorstore in Warrington. You'll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, but your role will be heavily sales focused. This isn’t a typical sales job: you’ll have the freedom to be yourself, showcase your customer service skills, and enjoy every working day. As an Arnold Clark Product Consultant, you’ll be with our customers every step of the way—from the moment they walk through the door to offering them a great aftersales experience. This role is about helping customers find the right car based on what they need and building strong, positive relationships through every step of the process. We offer comfortable uniforms, staff benefits, a five-day working week and a commission structure designed to support your success and work-life balance. You don’t need to be a car fanatic to excel, though that helps; all we ask is that you love helping people, bring energy and enthusiasm, and rise to challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Helping our customers find the right car, based on what they need
  • Delivering outstanding, 5-star service for every customer—going the extra mile for everyone who walks through the door
  • Building and maintaining lasting, sincere relationships with customers through every step of the sales process
  • Selling the right sales package for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism
  • Co-ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly
  • Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
  • Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and deliver on promises
  • Staying in touch with customers to offer a great aftersales experience
