About the role:

We are seeking an energetic ambitious Sales and Business Development Representative to join our sales team. This hybrid role blends lead generation qualification and early-stage client engagement with business development support to progress opportunities through the sales pipeline.

You will be instrumental in building our market presence particularly for Umbrella CIS and Outsourced Payroll services by proactively reaching out to potential clients qualifying leads and supporting senior sales executives in securing new business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification
  • Identify and research new prospects using outbound channels.
  • Qualify inbound leads and nurture them until they are sales-ready.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records.
Business Development Support
  • Assist in preparing client proposals bids and sales presentations.
  • Follow up with prospects at the mid-funnel stage to maintain interest.
  • Collaborate on account growth opportunities.
Outreach & Relationship Building
  • Engage decision-makers to understand their payroll needs.
  • Deliver compelling sales messaging across multiple channels.
  • Arrange discovery calls meetings and demos.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Align with marketing campaigns and promotional activity.
  • Partner with senior sales staff for smooth lead handover.
  • Produce regular performance and activity reports.
Market Intelligence
  • Track competitor offerings and industry trends.
  • Share insights to inform sales strategies.
