The Role

As Sales Associate you will be responsible for ensuring that the client experience is seamless, luxurious, and aligned with MARIA TASH'S brand values. If you are a fashion forward individual with retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector, you could be just the person to join our team.

  • Provide an excellent level of customer service at all times
  • Advise on appropriate types of jewelry and suitable combinations of piercings
  • Process sales with the highest level of accuracy
  • Deliver detailed explanation of piercing aftercare to clients
  • Drive sales by increasing average spending and customer retention
  • Liaise with the sales team and piercers to offer excellent styling advice to clients
  • Be a brand ambassador and demonstrate excellent brand knowledge
  • Support VM standards in store
