Their Bishopston branch is known for exceptional customer service and a strong, supportive team culture. Due to continued success, they are now looking for a friendly, detail-focused Sales Administration Co-ordinator to join their busy sales team.

Role Overview: This part-time position is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills who thrives in a professional, fast-paced office environment. You will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the sales office - supporting the team, clients, and internal processes with accuracy and care. The role offers flexible part-time working options, a strong team culture, and the opportunity to shape the customer experience within a high-performing branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales documentation and property descriptions
  • Upload and manage property listings and photography
  • Support compliance, administration, and internal processes
  • Assist with social media activity and digital marketing content
  • Answer inbound calls and handle customer and sales team enquiriesGeneral office administration including invoicing, reporting, ordering supplies, and maintaining displays

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing or administrative support role
  • Confident IT user with strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
