This is a varied, people‑facing role, combining high‑quality administration with hands‑on programme and event support in a dynamic waterfront environment. It would suit someone who enjoys being at the heart of an operation — keeping things organised, communicating clearly, and helping others deliver outstanding experiences.

About the Role

The role is split across two closely linked areas:

  • Administrative, staff and programme support for the Club’s Sailing Training Department and Club Secretary

There will be occasional weekend and evening work, particularly during the summer months.

  • Supporting training staff onboarding and first‑line HR matters
  • Assisting with marketing content and consent‑managed media collection
  • Providing occasional classroom or on‑water support where required
