A leading aerospace company in Whitwell is seeking a Safety Leader to provide health and safety operational support. The role involves coaching, auditing, and managing safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in safety and health, along with a bachelor's degree or relevant manufacturing experience. The Safety Leader will provide health & safety operational support to the site to ensure first and foremost that we are keeping our team members safe. Additionally, this leader will be working closely with the business to drive implementation of safety programs to ensure all federal, state, and local health & safety regulatory and GE management system requirements are met. The successful candidate must be a proven leader, facilitator, and coach to bring focus and efficiency to the role and accelerate our preventative program execution.
The salary range for this position is $83,800.00 - 112,000 USD annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan. This posting is expected to close on October 30, 2025.
