A rapidly growing SaaS firm based in the UK is seeking a Finance Director to lead the finance function and partner with the CEO and stakeholders during a critical scale-up phase. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing finance in SaaS environments, bring expertise in PE transactions, and be experienced in developing and leading high-performing finance teams. This senior role demands a blend of strategic and operational capabilities to drive value creation and ensure robust financial management.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Finance Director, Head of Finance, or senior finance leader in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Strong exposure to PE-backed environments or similar high-growth settings.
• Experience supporting PE transactions, refinancing, or exits.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to the CEO on strategy and growth initiatives.
• Lead financial planning and budgeting aligned to the PE value creation plan.
• Own the end-to-end finance function including management and statutory accounts.
