This role includes ensuring compliance with legal requirements and supporting the management of numerous nature reserves. The ideal candidate will be chartered by a reputable institution and possess robust knowledge of estate management in a rural context, coupled with strong negotiation and project management skills to handle a diverse property portfolio effectively. A valid UK driving license is also essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage a varied property portfolio.
• Significant experience of UK legislation relating to rural property.
• Excellent decision-making using charity's resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee acquisition of reserves and property compliance.
• Support land management teams across 85 Nature Reserves.
• Manage and negotiate external infrastructure projects.
