Qualifications

• Extensive experience in flight test community.
• Medically fit to gain a CAA Class 1 Medical.
• At least 3 years as a LFTE on significant rotary wing flight test programmes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction to aspiring flight test professionals.
• Assess and grade student flying, provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to modernisation of course syllabuses.

Skills

Flight test expertise

Teaching ability in both ground and air

Knowledge of aircraft performance and stability

Experience with UK MoD's Defence Systems Approach to Training

Education

Engineering or Science degree

Graduate from a UK MoD-recognised Test Pilot School
