Core purpose

YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, ensuring they are comfortable and clean for our guests.

  • Thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
  • Changing bed linen, replenishing bathroom amenities
  • Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or damage to guest bedrooms
  • Ensuring the security of guest bedrooms and the privacy of guests
  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service to guests
  • Attention to detail ensuring guest rooms are cleaned to the required standard
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and complete tasks within deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to different situations and tasks
  • Great team spirit according to our slogan, "It's not over until we get a smile"
Hours and compensation

25 hours / 5 days per week £15951.65 per annum
